1. Plaintiff, Samuel O. Blanc, is a citizen of the State of Iowa, and resides in Des Moines, Iowa. He is the patentee and owner of the patents in suit.

2. Defendant, Al Cayo, is a citizen of the State of Michigan, and resides in Benton Harbor, Michigan, where he is engaged in business under the trade name of Cayo Electric Sewer Machine. He manufactures and sells sewer cleaning machines such as defendant...
