This is a proceeding brought under the provisions of Revised Statutes, Section 4915, U.S.C.A., Title 35, Section 63, with respect to certain rejected claims in an application by the plaintiffs for the reissue of patent No. 2,047,525, granted to the plaintiff Adolf Thode on July 14, 1936.
