One Grogan entered into a contract with the United States for the erection of some buildings at the Government inspection station at Babb-Piegan, Montana. Appellant wrote the bond securing the performance of the contract. Grogan's time for the completion of the buildings expired June 20, 1933, at which date the work was only partially completed.
