This suit was instituted by the plaintiff March 3, 1943, seeking to enjoin the defendant from violating the General Maximum Price Regulation and Maximum Price Regulation No. 165 issued by the plaintiff by virtue of and under the authority of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix § 901 et seq. It is alleged the defendant has increased the prices charged for various classes of service it was rendering to the public...
