The plaintiffs are James Heddon's Sons, a Michigan corporation, George E. Barnhart, Frank L. A. Graham and Henry L. Knoop. Heddon's Sons is the exclusive licensee of the plaintiff, Barnhart, to whom letters patent were issued on Aug. 11, 1936, for an invention...
