Petitioner seeks an enforcement of its order of August 12, 1942, which was entered after hearing, upon usual proceedings, under section 10 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 160. The alleged unfair labor practice followed shortly upon the Examiner's Report to the National Labor Relations Board, that respondent had violated the N. L. R. Act.
