This is a consolidated proceeding involving income tax deficiencies for the years 1937, 1938 and 1940 and section 102 surtax deficiencies for the years 1936 to 1940, inclusive. Only the surtax deficiencies in the respective amounts of $68,519.70, $66,793.04, $54,173.43, $25,388.47 and $46,406.62 are contested. Returns for all years were filed with the collector...
