This is an action for a declaratory judgment asking this court to establish a tax exempt status for certain real estate known as the "Parklawn Housing Project", owned by the United States and located in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Injunctive relief is also asked against various taxing officials for the purpose of restraining attempts to collect taxes which have already been assessed. Answers have been filed and the plaintiffs and the defendants...
