Appellant appeals from an injunction of the District Court restraining it from violating certain provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. The lower Court found that defendant was engaged in purchasing, receiving, handling, selling, and distributing at wholesale fresh fruits, vegetables, and similar produce.
