Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

MELLOTT, Judge:

The Commissioner made several adjustments to the net income shown by petitioner's return for the calendar year 1939 and determined a deficiency in income tax in the amount of $2,528.48. The petition alleges that he erred in making the several adjustments and also that petitioner should be allowed an additional deduction of $3,600 not claimed in his return. At the hearing petitioner waived three assignments...
