In the complaint in this action brought by the Office of Price Administration the defendants, Jacob Kramer and Herman Kramer, are alleged to be slaughterers under the provisions of "An Act to expedite national defense, and for other purposes", and, as such slaughterers, slaughtered substantial numbers of cows, heifers, bulls, steers and calves, and delivered the "controlled meats" produced thereby in violation of Restriction Order Number 1...
