These two cases bring here for review the construction of §§ 201 and 203 (a) of the Federal Power Act, as amended by the Public Utility Act of 1935.1 These sections are included in Title II, Part II, of the latter act, which Part relates to federal regulation of the business of the transmission of electric energy in interstate commerce and the sale of such energy at wholesale...
