That section vests in the District Courts jurisdiction to review rulings of the Secretary of Agriculture under the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933, 48 Stat. 31, as amended, and as amended and reenacted by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, 50 Stat. 246.
