Plaintiff seeks to enjoin defendant (an "Association for Marketing Agricultural Products," Rem.Rev.Stats. of Washington, Sections 2878-2909 inclusive) from paying patronage dividends to its member and non-member patrons and to compel defendant to charge back against its patrons certain dividends declared on April 30, 1943. This Court's jurisdiction for this purpose is invoked under Sec. 205(a) of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942...
