The issue arises upon the following agreed and pertinent facts: Section 7 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 207, requires that time and onehalf be paid for all overtime work, and it is agreed for the purpose of this proceeding that defendants' employees are protected by this Act.
