Heretofore, this Court entered its decree enforcing (with modifications not here material) an order of the Board against the Company and several of its officers, 111 F.2d 340. The present proceeding is on a petition of the Board for civil contempt for violation of one element of the order. The Company and two of its officers are respondents. Separate answers were filed.
