Findings.

In this case the Court finds:

1. That libelant was the owner of the certain steel tank barge "N. B. C. 501", which was a tow barge for the carriage of petroleum products. She was purchased new from her builders by libelant on or about July 5, 1940, for $10,600, and was later supplied with a cargo discharge pump installation, located on the weather deck, consisting of a pump and engine to drive the pump.
