Great Northern Life Insurance Company is a corporation organized under the laws of Wisconsin. It is authorized to issue policies of life, health, and disability insurance. In December, 1922, the Insurance Commissioner of Oklahoma issued to it a certificate of authority to transact business in Oklahoma and regularly thereafter issued like certificates to it for the years 1923 to 1942, inclusive.
