When this case was here before the judgment was reversed and the cause remanded for a new trial because of the trial court's error in directing a verdict for the defendant railroad and in refusing to permit the introduction in evidence of the certified copy of the city ordinance regulating the speed of trains within the city limits of Kissimmee, Florida.
