This is a suit to recover royalties under a license agreement relating to patent agreement No. 1,738,796 dated December 10, 1929, and patent No. 2,238,659 granted April 15, 1941, to W. G. Reynolds, who assigned one-half of the first patent to E. A. Terrell and one-half of the second patent to Terrell Machine Company. The first patent covered process and mechanism for the manufacture of roving or yarn, while the second patent was for improvement...
