1. Plaintiff, Jesse W. Hale, is a resident of Weston, Massachusetts. Defendant, General Motors Corporation, is a Delaware corporation.

2. The complaint charged infringement of two patents, Nos. 2,140,155 and 2,186,334, each issued to and owned by the plaintiff. At the commencement of the trial, plaintiff announced a dismissal as to Patent No. 2,140,155. Judgment for the defendant on that patent was duly...
