The Court herewith finds that the evidence in this case clearly, unequivocally, and convincingly established the following facts:

1. In 1933, the organization known as the German-American Bund was known as "The Friends of New Germany", and in 1936 the name was changed to "German-American Bund", which title will hereinafter be used to designate the said organization.
