The Primary Examiner of the United States Patent Office, after allowing four claims in appellants' application for a patent relating to a carburetor, rejected seventeen claims on grounds which will be referred to hereinafter. Upon appeal to the Board of Appeals, the decision of the examiner was affirmed. Appellants have appealed here from the decision of the board but withdraw the appeal as to all claims except claims 14, 16, 20, 24, and 30...
