This is an action in trespass brought by Vincent Zarek, a minor, by his mother and natural guardian, and Dorothy Zarek, in her own right, against Cicero Fredericks, to recover damages for personal injuries to Vincent Zarek caused by the bite of a dog belonging to defendant. The case came on for trial before the court and a jury and verdicts were rendered for the plaintiffs, $4,000 for Vincent Zarek, and $1,000 for Dorothy Zarek. The defendant...
