Morris Schapiro owned bonds issued by Kansas City Journal-Post Company of the face value of $500,000 secured by a deed of trust on the properties of the company. On a final refusal by the company to pay, he foreclosed the deed of trust and bought in the properties. The prime question now presented is: In the Journal-Post bankruptcy proceeding is Schapiro's claim to be subordinated to the claims...
