Benjamin Goldberg, an employee of the Post Office Department, observed seven packages on April 10, 1942, left for mailing at Station A Post Office in New York City, which looked to him suspicious. All of the packages bore the return address of the Theon Company. He referred the matter to the Post Office Inspectors who, through Inspectors Brown and Bader, discovered that one Harry Geller was the shipping clerk of the Theon Company....
