A rather complete recital of the facts will be helpful. On October 4, 1940, the bankrupt filed his petition under Section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203. He failed to reach an agreement with his creditors under Subsections a to r, and on November 16, 1940, he amended his petition under Subsection s and was duly adjudicated a bankrupt on that date.
