This case comes before us on a motion by the Labor Board for an order enforcing a "cease and desist" order, which directed the respondents not to "dominate" or to "recognize" three unions, each composed only of employees in one of three New Jersey plants, and "completely" to "disestablish" them by withdrawing "all recognition" from them.
