Henwood May 21, 1935, for a writing pen and No. 2,121,541 which was granted to the same man on June 21, 1938, for a method for manufacturing pen points. It sued the defendant and its president in the District Court for the Southern District of New York for the infringement of both of the two claims of No. 2,001,726 and claims one and two of No. 2,121...
