This is an action brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, §§ 1-19, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201-219. Plaintiffs were employees of defendant, a Nevada corporation, in the operation of its mill for the reduction of gold and silver ore, located about thirty miles from Fallon, Nevada.
