I, sec. 8, sub. 3, Act of Congress of February 19, 1875, section 7, 18 Stat. 330; also Act of Congress of February 27, 1901, 31 Stat. 816, and the District Court has original jurisdiction herein. Title 28 U.S.C.A. § 81.
