PER CURIAM.

Appellant was indicted and convicted of assault with intent to commit rape. The evidence discloses that around 2 o'clock in the morning of August 17, 1941, he went to the home of his mother-in-law, with whom his wife and baby were living, went into the bedroom of his 17-year-old sister-in-law, pulled off the covers, and touched her private parts with his hand.
