Plaintiff is the owner of the Pipkin Patent No. 1,687,510, and filed a complaint in this court on November 12, 1936, charging infringement by the defendants. Defendants answered the complaint, but on February 1, 1939, consented to the entry of a decree which adjudged the patent to be valid, and that the defendants had infringed...
