This is an appeal in a controversy arising in the bankruptcy proceedings of the Eakin Lumber Company with respect to priorities of liens attaching to lumber stored on the yard of the lumber company at Sanderson, West Virginia, and sold by the trustee in bankruptcy for the sum of $27,915.36.
