These are consolidated appeals from six orders of the District Court entered in proceedings for the reorganization of appellant, the Boston Terminal Company, under § 77 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S. C.A. § 205. Appeals from some of these orders have now become moot; and for an understanding of the question presented it will be necessary to refer in detail only to the order of November 17, 1941, entered on petition of appellees herein...
