This is an action brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S. C.A., § 201 et seq., by the plaintiffs against their former employer, to recover overtime compensation and liquidated damages.

The plaintiffs, at the times set out in the complaint herein, were employed by the defendant as truck driver and helper. The defendant is a co-operative trucking association, organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota...
