Oneal Gallien was fatally injured when the automobile, in which he was riding as a guest, collided with a freight car used by the appellant as reorganization trustee of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company. This suit was brought by the minor children of the deceased, through their legal representatives, to recover damages from the appellant for the alleged wrongful death of their father.
