This is an action to recover treble damages, brought under Section 7 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act. 15 U.S.C.A. § 15 note. The violations of the act set forth in the complaint and in plaintiff's proof consisted of a conspiracy between Continental Distilling Corporation and the other defendants named in the complaint, as well as Austin-Nichols and McKesson & Robbins, to control wholesale and retail prices on the liquor products...
