This action was tried before me and a jury at Orangeburg, South Carolina. At the close of the testimony the defendant moved for a direction of verdict for the defendant upon the grounds set out in the record. I reserved my decision on the motion and submitted the case to the jury, and it returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the sum of six hundred sixty six ($666) dollars, actual damages, and five thousand ($5,000) dollars, punitive...
