On October 16, 1941, this cause was before me on a motion to strike certain portions of the original complaint, which motion, so far as it referred to claims of persons other than the individuals named as plaintiffs, was allowed, and the suit was permitted to "proceed on behalf of the present named plaintiffs, and all others who show that they are `similarly situated' and indicate that they desire to join with the named plaintiffs as parties...
