On the morning of January 27, 1938, the body of appellant's husband was found on the ground beside appellee's hotel. His neck was broken, and he was pronounced dead.

This action was begun by the administratrix to recover damages from the hotel. The record shows that decedent on the evening of January 26th was a guest at a banquet given at the hotel by the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce. Cocktails were served prior to dinner, and wine at dinner...
