This is a civil action in which the plaintiff, Mary Kriesak, administratrix of the estate of Lukas Evanchak, also known as Lucas Ivancak, is seeking to recover from the defendant, Montgomery F. Crowe, damages caused as alleged by the negligent operation of defendant's car resulting in the death of Lukas Evanchak.
