This was a suit in equity brought by the trustee in bankruptcy of the Hamilton-Brown Shoe Company to impress a trust upon the funds of the bankrupt in the hands of the First National Bank in St. Louis, in the sum of $19,704.87. Appellant was plaintiff and appellee was defendant in the court below, and we shall so designate them here.
