The case is here under the Workmen's Compensation Law of the District of Columbia.1 The injury was sustained in Bethesda, Maryland, on the 25th of May, 1939. Claim for compensation was made under the Maryland law. An award followed, and the statutory payments began the 29th of May, 1939.
