This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming that of the examiner rejecting certain claims embraced in appellant's application for a patent entitled "Fuel Supply Systems for Oil Burners." Four claims numbered, respectively, 14, 15, 16, and 17 were included in the board's rejection and in the appeal to this court, but at the hearing before us appellant moved to dismiss the appeal...
