This was an action brought by plaintiff as agent for and on behalf of twenty-four former employees of the defendant to recover unpaid compensation alleged to be due under § 7(a) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., and an equal amount as liquidated damages and reasonable attorney's fees.
