This appeal is from a judgment of the District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in an action brought for an alleged breach of contract. Plaintiff is a manufacturer of corrugated paper boxes. It is the seller in the transaction out of which this law suit arises. Its dealings were had with a corporation known as Capstan Glass Company, the buyer. The intercorporate relationships between Capstan, Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation...
