It alleges that the petitioner, Mary Asaba Ventura, resides in Seattle and is an American-born citizen of Japanese ancestry, that her parents reside in this state but were born in Japan, and that her husband, also a petitioner and residing in Seattle, is a citizen of the Philippine Commonwealth.
