This was an action for damages for the death of Edward Stanley Harp, appellant's intestate, who met his death while a passenger on one of appellees' trains. Appellant is the administrator of the estate of Edward Stanley Harp, deceased, and brings the action for the benefit of the estate, heirs, and next-of-kin of the intestate.
