Its affairs have since been in course of liquidation, first under a conservator, and later under receivers appointed by the Comptroller of the Currency. L. M. Reed at present occupies the office of receiver for Commercial National Bank. At the time this proceeding was instituted in the Court of Common Pleas No. 3 of the County of Philadelphia, the receiver had in his hands...
